The controller is the natural or legal person which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. name, email addresses, etc.).

Revocation of your consent to the data processing
Many data processing operations are possible only with your explicit consent. You can revoke at any time consent which you have already granted. For this, informal notification to us by email is sufficient. The legality or the data processing carried out before revocation is unaffected.

Right of objection to the collection of data in special cases as well as to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)
When data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1e or 1f GDPR, you have the right arising from your particular situation to object to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing takes place can be taken from this Privacy Policy. In the event of an objection, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can prove compelling, protection-worthy reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 paragraph 1 GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for these purposes; the same applies to profiling, provided it is also connected to such direct marketing. Your right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

The right to complain exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedy.

•    When you dispute the accuracy of the personal data saved by us, we generally need time to verify this. For the time that it takes to verify, you have the right to demand the limitation of processing of your personal data.

•    When your personal data is/has been processed unlawfully, you can demand, instead of deletion, that the data processing is restricted.

•    When we no longer need your personal data but still require it for the exercise, defence or assertion of legal claims, you have the right to have the processing of your data restricted in place of deletion.

•    When you lodge an objection pursuant to Art. 21 paragraph 1 GDPR, your rights and interests must be weighed against ours. For as long as it cannot be determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your data.

If the processing of your personal data is restricted, this personal data – apart from storage – will be processed only with your consent, or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the EU or a member state.
